These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of launchloopio.com and the LaunchLoop product (the 'Service'). LaunchLoop is 100% free. By creating an account or generating a plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. Last updated: July 2026.
What LaunchLoop is — and isn't
LaunchLoop is an AI-powered launch engine for local service businesses. We generate personalized 30-day launch plans for free. We are a software product, not a regulated professional services firm. We are not financial advisors, lawyers, accountants, tax professionals, insurance brokers, or licensed business consultants. Every plan, guide, and template we deliver is educational and informational only. Nothing we produce is a guarantee of business success.
Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You are solely responsible for ensuring that operating the business described in your plan complies with local laws, licensing rules, and tax obligations.
No account required
You can generate a plan without creating an account. If you ask us to email your plan as a PDF, you give us your email address for that purpose and for the follow-up emails you consented to; you can unsubscribe at any time from any email. Email hello@launchloopio.com to have your data deleted.
Intellectual property
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by LaunchLoop and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of the inputs you submit; we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the plan output for your own business.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service. Don't use the Service to build a competing product. Don't submit inputs that are unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
Estimates, not guarantees
Every cost, price, revenue and income figure on LaunchLoop — in plans, guides, calculators, city pages and datasets — is a modelled estimate based on public data and typical operator ranges. It is not a promise, projection, or guarantee of what you will earn or spend. Your results depend on your market, pricing, effort and many factors outside our control.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links to third-party tools are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you sign up or buy. This never changes what we recommend or how we rank anything. Partner links are labelled where they appear and explained in full at /affiliate-disclosure. Third-party trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners; we use them only to identify the products we discuss and we claim no affiliation or endorsement unless explicitly stated.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that plans will result in customers, revenue, or business success.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchLoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
